Entry Requirements

ALL applicants, including previous exhibitors, must submit a complete application packet which includes three slides of their work and one slide of their exhibit, a brief biography of the artist and a description of their artwork.  Artwork must be the original creation of the entering artist and exemplify characteristics of fine arts or fine crafts.  Label slides with the artist's name and medium at the top.

Jury Process

A panel of experienced artisans reviews ALL applicants, including previous exhibitors, by examining three slides of the artist's work and one slide of the exhibit.  Judges decisions are final.

Show Format

The show attempts to provide diversity by limiting the number of artists exhibiting work in the same medium.  The show also purposefully limits the total number of exhibitors  in order to permit reasonable spaces between booths and a comfortable shopping experience for customers

Guidelines

Artisans need to provide all supplies needed for set-up, including protection from weather.  Stakes are not permitted on the green because of underground wiring and sprinkling systems.  Electricity is limited and only guaranteed to be available for concessionaires.

Security is provided overnight, however, any display left unattended is done at the risk of the artisan.  Pets are not permitted on the premises.  Artisan vehicles must be moved from around the green 1/2 hour prior to the show.  Exhibits must remain open during the scheduled times of the show.

November 15 Initial applications mailed.
February 29     Applications due (please apply early, checks are not cashed until acceptances mailed.)
March 8-15 Applications juried (Applications received after the jury dates will be considered if space remains in the medium submitted.)
March 20-25 Acceptances mailed
May 1 Information packet including booth assignment and advertising flyers.
