Del Sroufe of Wellness Forum Foods will demonstrate hearty soups using ingredients from The Olde Worthington Winter Farmer’s Market. Samples will be served and recipes will be shared. Cost for the class is $20.00 for Worthington residents and $26.00 for non-residents. Net proceeds from this class will go to the Friends of the Olde Worhtington Farmer’s Market, a volunteer group whose mission is to support the market and its vendors.
